By the processes of gasification ,Syngas (sometimes called producer gas) is formed. This gas can be stored in a water seal gas bell tank (low pressure tank) then used at your convenience for cooking ,refrigeration or heating purposes .

The gas from our system burn’s with a clear blue flame hard to see in open daylight. So please be careful.

 

Ice on demand not only adds to the enjoyment of cold drinks, but is useful for first-aid, and for cold packs that can be kept frozen for ,in case of emergency.

 

Commercial possibilities / ideas.

OR Copra drying or fruit drying , faster and not weather dependant.

OR Plastic moulding of water tanks and drums where heat is applied to the moulds. Tanks and drums are always in short supply in remote areas.

OR In cold climates run a boiler for house heating.

Our standard model gasifier produces 140m3 of syngas per hour from 20kg of wood or bamboo. To give a better idea of what 140m3 looks like please see attached photo of the gas burning. The pipe it is coming out of is 76mm dia(3”) the flame is a meter long (3’3”) and burns between 760 and 800 deg C & it will hold this size flame for an hour with 140m3 of gas.
